We select with the utmost rigour matières de première de qualité by favouring raw produce, good fats and good sugar.
We make sure reduce the salt quantity of our recipes and the use of palm oil.

Nos recettes sont en majorité prepared on-site each morning by your baristas.
To date, our network has 18 cafés in Quebec and Ontario and over 250 cafés in France and abroad. You'll find Columbus Café just about everywhere: in city centers, shopping malls, etc.

The specialty of Columbus Café & Co? Our delicious muffins, baked by our baristas every morning on site, and which come in more than twenty recipes.
Our 13th den opening was marked by the start of our partnership with Indigo bookstores.
In the past year, 4 Columbus Cafés were opened in Indigo bookstores.
We are proud partners of the Réseau du Sport des Étudiants du Québec. This partnership marks a shared commitment to promote health and vitality among young people.
